We started out many years ago as an A+ body shop working mainly with collision and specialty paint. Then a little over five years ago, we moved strictly into restoration, customizing and specialty paint to move away from the collision rat race and spend more time on what we really enjoyed.  But this year, due to health issues from years of working with the many chemicals used in the body shop industry, we have had to change our direction once again.  Beginning in 2010, Atlasst Classic Connection is moving its focus towards buying and selling classic projects, parts, street rods and rat rides, and providing personalized classic and custom parts locating services. 

With over 30 years of combined experience in the building, repairing, customizing, buying, selling and owning classic cars, the owners of Atlasst know what classic enthusiasts are looking for and where to find it.

We have built a wide network of classic part providers, as well as a large selection of our own over the years.  If we don’t have it, we will find it for you, if it can be found.  Give us a call, our vehicle and parts locator services are reasonably priced and you only pay if we locate what you want.

In addition to the services listed above, Atlasst also provides title services for classic car owners. Our title specialists are knowledgable in their field and can help with even the most difficult title situations.

Company history
 

The owners of Atlasst began many years ago as employees of various paint and body establishments, learning the art of paint and body. After years of hands on training and dedication to the trade. They partnered up and began a small  paint and body shop of their own in 1980.  This shop specialized mainly in collision related work. 

 

After many years of working with some of the largest collision insurance agencies in Texas and dealing with the stressful requirements of running a production shop, the owners made a conscience decision to slow the pace and to work strictly with individual car owners and providing them with customized paint and body. 

 

In 1993 another change came about, when one of the partners fell ill and again the pace had to be slowed.  This change brought about the decision to specialize in only the restoration of their privately owned vehicles.  After a period of time had past Atlasst began taking in a limited number of specialized jobs for true classic enthusiast.  They have continued to build their reputation as being a professional restoration establishment and experts in the field.

 

Beginning in Jan 2010 Atlasst moved its focus to buying and selling classic projects, parts, street rods and rat rides, as well as providing a parts locator service for classic and street rod owners.  We will provide restoration services to a select public.  Those wishing expert restoration, custimization, or build to thier classic, rat rod, street rod, or custom projects are welcome to contact for estimates.
